Michael Morgret

Michael Morgret is a managing partner of M&P Investment Partners.  Michael is responsible for financial analysis of potential real estate investments, structuring debt and equity, overseeing due diligence and closing and managing investor/partner relationships.

Prior to forming M&P, Michael was a Director at Mohr Partners and leader of its capital markets group.  Michael assisted his clients in structuring build-to-suits, lease advisory and portfolio management, raising capital for improvements and monetizing assets.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Michael was an associate director with Newmark Knight Frank in its capital markets group.  At Newmark, Michael worked with developers, institutional investors and high-net worth individuals in the acquisition, sourcing of debt and equity, leasing, property management and disposition of investment assets.

Michael has closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate in his career.

Mark Urbanowicz

Mark Urbanowicz is a managing partner of M&P Investment Partners.  Mark is responsible for deal sourcing and research, financial analysis of real estate investments, transaction management, asset management and tenant relationships.

Prior to forming M&P, Mark was a Director at Mohr Partners where he provided comprehensive real estate strategies for Fortune 500 clients.  Mark is particularly adpet at lease negotiation and asset management and real estate specific financial analysis. In his time at Mohr, Mark negotiated over 500 leases with total transaction value over $1 billion.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mark was the market research director at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, AZ.  Mark was responsible for regional and national market analytic trends across industrial, office and retail commercial real estate markets.  Mark was also responsible for company-wide commercial real estate economic forecasting. 

steve paramski

Steve Paramski is a managing partner of M&P Investment Partners.  Steve is responsible for all aspects of identifying performing assets, transaction analysis, due diligence and ROI to M&P clients.

Prior to forming M&P, Steve was a Director at Mohr Partners for over a decade.  During his career, Steve provided comprehensive real estate analysis to Fortune 200 companies including lease negotiation, capital forecasting, asset purchase/disposition, and balance sheet and tax impact analysis.

Previous to joining Mohr Partners, Steve was a financial analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Private Banking & Investment Group.  In this role, Steve delivered complex capital growth and risk management analysis across all asset allocations to high net worth individuals and companies.

Steve has closed over $700 million in commercial real estate during his career. Steve is a graduate of Northwestern University.
